Yala Flooding Emergency Appeal

Families in Yala need urgent help. Your support can save lives.

Heavy rains have caused severe flooding across Yala Province, sweeping through villages, damaging homes, and leaving hundreds of families displaced. Roads are cut off, clean water is scarce, and many people are struggling without food or shelter.

This is a humanitarian emergency and we need your help.

Our Response

Disaster Aid Thailand is on the ground, working alongside local communities to provide life-saving assistance:

  • Emergency Relief Kits – rice, canned food, blankets, and essential hygiene items.
  • Clean Water Access – deploying SkyHydrant water filtration units to ensure families have safe drinking water.
  • Temporary Shelter Support – helping families who have lost their homes find a safe place to stay.
  • Local Partnership – coordinating with volunteers and local authorities to reach isolated villages quickly.

Stories from the Ground

Our team recently reached Kabang District, one of the hardest-hit areas in Yala. Dozens of families were forced to flee in the middle of the night as floodwaters rose. Relief packs were delivered to over 150 households in the first days of the response.

“The floods came so fast. We could only grab our children and run. The food and blankets we received gave us strength when we had nothing left.” – Resident of Yala Province
